Destiny’s Child attend the MTV Music Video Awards held at Radio City Music Hall on Sept. 7, 2000 in New York City.

According to DMX, the year 2000 was a party (up in here) that ushered in a wave of dramatic R&B, radio-dominating hip-hop and televised pop music at the turn of the new millennium.

Billboard staffers said Destiny’s Child‘s name as our No. 1 pick for the 100 greatest songs of 2000, with their Billboard Hot 100-topping “Say My Name.” Following the glorious girl group is the ultimate ’00s blockbuster boy band *NSYNC for the No. 2 spot with their No. 4 Hot 100 smash “Bye Bye Bye,” bidding adieu to ’90s pop and introducing their landmark LP No Strings Attached, which just celebrated its 20th anniversary over the weekend.

So which Billboard-selected 2000 hit is still your favorite in 2020? Vote from our top 10 picks below!
