Two people have been killed in a horror crash on the M62 after a car travelling in the wrong direction smashed into another vehicle.
Two men, Adam Afsar, 34, and Jason Wilby, 27, died in the collision, that happened at junction 26 near Bradford, West Yorkshire at 2.34am this morning.
West Yorkshire Police said they received reports of a black Vauxhall Insignia travelling east on the westbound carriageway.

Minutes later, the ambulance service was called to an accident involving the same car and white Skoda Octavia. They two men in Skoda died at the scene.
The driver of the Vauxhall, a 22-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing a roadside breath test.
Adam Afsar’s mother Tish Peace has spoken out about the loss of her son.
‘He is not dead, but closing his eyes until I can be with him’ she told the Huddersfield Daily Examiner.
‘He was the eldest and the light of my life.
‘His partner Katie Town-Jones came round this morning and told me. He and Jason were best friends and went everywhere together. I have not been able to see my son’s body yet.
‘I will remember him forever. I went to see Jason’s mum today. She was what you would expect in these circumstances, she has lost her son’ she said.
