Lil’ Wayne suing Birdman for $8 Million

Yo, What’s up world! This is your boy Omar Sparks. Today’s news is Lil’ Wayne and his issue toward Birdman and Cash Money Records. Things have been rocky between Wayne and Birdman ever since Wayne had posted a status on his Twitter page saying that he feels like a “prisoner” on his label. Come to find out that Wayne has slapped a $8 million lawsuit toward Birdman for violating his contract and holding his delayed album “Tha Carter V”. The 32-year-old rapper recently released his new mixtape “Sorry 4 the Wait 2″ along with a freestyle over the O.T. Genesis track “Coco” spitting is bars toward Birdman, Slim Williams and the label:

“Cash Money is an army, I’m a one-man army
And if them niggas comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony
Now I don’t want problems, I just want my money
Ain’t gotta hold no conversation or my luggage
Tell whoever’s countin’ that I’m on a hundred

Birdman was not too happy. After Wayne’s mixtape was released, Birdman had released a statement saying, “I’m pissed. You disrespected the family”. Right now, It seems like Wayne and Birdman’s relationship is not gonna be in good terms for now.
